There is a modern shower in the bathroom and the kitchen is completely equipped. This cozy -75 sqm- 2 bedroom Bali-Holiday Home in Bali - Sanur was recently renovated and is tastefully furnished. The 1-story building is strategically located in central Bali very close to the Bali "Bypass" which goes from Sanur in the North-East until Nusa Dua in the South. The Tourist placesSanur - Kuta/Legian/Seminyak could be reached by car within 10 minutes and Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Padang Bai is very easy and fast to reach. The Shopping Facilities are excellent and just 500 meter from the Holiday Home. There are many Restaurants in Sanur and at the ByPass and we can organize for you a small car (Suzuki Jimny) for just 10 € per day to keep you flexible. The holiday house has two garden’s and sitting & dining places everywhere. There is also a custom made stainless steel barbecue in the Rear-Garden. The Living-Room is equipped with a triple sleeping-couch & a Settee in front of the large TV with DVD-Player and a antique cabinet. The large couch is also very inviting vor a relaxing afternoon-nap. The Dining Corner consist of a dining table and 6 (8) chairs. There is also another Dining table at the rear garden for "romantic candlelit dinners". The Guestroom is furnished with a large single-bed (or small double bed), a Wardrobe and a cabinet. There is also a writing- and Laptop table. The bedroom is furnished with a large, teakwood kingsize-bed (200x180 cm) with branded mattress, 2 bedside-tables with modern reading-lamps, a antique Wardrobe and a cosmetic-table with large mirror and chair. The Bedroom is equipped also with an very effective AIR CONDITION! The light Visitors Room is equipped with a large Sofa which converts to a comfortable single-bed, a couch-table and hanger-wardrobe. The Kitchen with heaps of storage is furnished with a modern refrigerator, many drawers, racks & cabinets and two gas-stoves. There is also a Coffee-Machine, a Toaster and a hotwater-maker plus a Drinking-Water - Spender. The 4 star Hotel Jayakarta is set amongst 11 acres of tropical gardens, right on the beachfront just a short walk to Legian’s famous shopping strip, finest restaurants and nightlife. Access to the beach is a short stroll through the Jayakarta gardens. There you can have a sundowner & enjoy the sunset direct at the beach. -Just great!!!- The Apartment is located at the 4th floor of the Jayakarta-Residence which have their own 24 hour reception. The Apartment has a Living Room with AC, Fan, Radio/CD-Player and a kitchenset with asmall stove, sink, fridge, microwave, hotwater maker and a drinking water spender. In the bedroom you will find a nice, large double-bed and a sideboard with Cable-TV. From there you come to the Bathroom with bathtube & shower and also to the Balcony where you can have your breakfast while overlooking the Bali-Life downstairs. Starting from the Jayakarta you can do many tours to explore "the Island of the God’s" and you are "back home" in the evening .
